Teams at International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP)

Develops and executes email and digital marketing campaigns for the Wellness Alliance, including copywriting, audience segmentation, automation, paid search/retargeting, performance tracking, and maintaining brand and compliance across channels. Collaborates with internal teams and manages email calendar and AMS/CRM-based promotions.

Designs, develops, configures, and supports enterprise integrations across cloud and on-premise systems. Responsibilities include API and middleware integration, ETL, data transformation, messaging, event-driven processing, troubleshooting, source control, Azure DevOps workflows, platform administration, documentation, and operational handoff. The role collaborates with internal teams and consultants on architecture, technical reviews, implementation, and knowledge transfer.

Supports general ledger operations through journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis, accruals, foreign exchange reporting, fixed asset maintenance, financial statements, internal control audits, budgeting, and audit and tax filing preparation. The role also maintains financial records, supports accounts payable and reimbursements, recommends process improvements, and may mentor junior staff. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least one year of accounting experience are required.
