Lead campus education team to deliver quality post-secondary programs; ensure regulatory compliance, supervise and develop faculty, monitor retention and completion metrics, manage education budget, and improve curriculum and student outcomes.

Provide front-desk customer service for students, prospective clients, and visitors: answer phones, route messages, manage mail/faxes, update calendars, take payments, perform clerical tasks, and enforce institutional policies.

Administer the college job placement program to ensure successful transitions for graduating students. Build employer relationships to secure hires, and prepare students through career workshops, resume development, and interview coaching.
