Develop and maintain a network of clinical externship sites and employer partners across California. Generate externship opportunities, manage employer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, align externship capacity with student demand, support extern-to-hire conversion, conduct site visits, document agreements, collaborate with campus teams, and represent the institution at community and healthcare events.

Provides front-desk customer service to students, prospective clients, visitors, and callers at a career education campus. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, managing messages and appointments, monitoring visitor access, handling mail and faxes, processing payments, preparing documents, and performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Administer campus job placement program, build employer relationships to hire students, and prepare students for employment via career workshops, resume development, and interview coaching.
