Develop and activate strategic partnerships across the Greater Toronto Area to generate prospective student leads and support enrollment growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, partner relationship development, presentations, networking events, school visits, community engagement, CRM reporting, and collaboration with recruitment, marketing, admissions, and academic teams. The role is field-based and requires extensive GTA travel, a valid Ontario G license, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, document preparation, and event planning. Coordinates executive priorities and strategic initiatives, tracks action items and timelines, maintains confidential records, and supports stakeholders and visitors. Requires exceptional organization, communication, discretion, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Lead IT strategy and enterprise systems at the university, with primary accountability for Workday ERP lifecycle, IT operations, security, governance, and a high-performance support and IS team. Drive digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, vendor and budget management, and cross-functional change management to optimize student records, HR, and payroll systems.
