Leads enterprise technology strategy, Workday ERP implementation and optimization, digital transformation, IT operations, cybersecurity, governance, business continuity, vendor management, and enterprise applications across HR, payroll, finance, and student services. The Director advises senior leadership, manages technology roadmaps and budgets, drives organizational change, and develops a high-performing IT and enterprise systems team.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence, document preparation, and event planning. Coordinates executive priorities and strategic initiatives, tracks action items and timelines, maintains confidential records, and supports stakeholders and visitors. Requires exceptional organization, communication, discretion, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Manage and coordinate multiple strategic initiatives across the university, maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, track milestones and risks, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder communication, prepare governance reporting and dashboards, support procurement, budgeting and logistics, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes to ensure successful execution of institutional priorities.
