Lead transformation of IB's global IT into domain-aligned teams; own infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, SRE, ITSM and quality engineering. Drive resilience, modernisation, cost optimisation, vendor strategy, and coach a 60-person technology organisation while partnering with executives to align technology with business goals.

Lead logistics and delivery of regional professional development events (face-to-face, virtual, blended). Manage budgeting, vendor contracts, venue and hotel procurement, on-site leadership, registration, exhibitor processes, event QA, reporting, and cross-functional CRM integrations. Mentor junior staff, support special projects, and travel up to 30%.
