The Senior Community Partnerships & Development Manager manages relationships with educational stakeholders, supports growth initiatives, and enhances IB's impact in Indonesia's education landscape, while ensuring program sustainability and quality.

Lead design and delivery of evidence-informed education system solutions for governments and organisations. Shape proposals, engage senior stakeholders, provide technical leadership on projects, collaborate with regional teams and subject matter experts, and contribute to the Education Systems Solutions offer to achieve meaningful educational impact.

Partner with business leaders to produce monthly financial reports, forecasts, and analyses. Support budgeting, accruals, variance analysis, and input to Oracle. Deliver timely analytical reports to inform decisions, assist budget holders with plans and presentations, and complete special projects to develop consistent metrics.
