Teams at International Baccalaureate

Serves as the primary People contact for assigned offices, managing employee lifecycle processes, benefits, compensation and payroll support, employee relations, recruitment administration, HR data, reporting, and policy guidance. Partners with managers, employees, Finance, payroll providers, vendors, HRIS, and global People teams to ensure compliant operations, accurate data, effective employee support, and continuous process improvement.

Leads market intelligence, portfolio performance, KPI frameworks, forecasting, dashboards, and business-case development. Integrates customer, competitor, product, pricing, sales, and operational insights to support growth, retention, localization, investment, and strategic decisions. Monitors performance against objectives, identifies risks and opportunities, aligns regional and central teams, and provides executive-ready recommendations and constructive challenge.

Leads the design and development of complex education system solutions for governments, international organizations, and nonprofits. Shapes credible proposals, engages senior stakeholders, partners with regional teams and subject matter experts, and provides technical leadership during project delivery. The role requires expertise in education system improvement, ideally curriculum or assessment, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and solution development skills in an international context.
