Teams at International Baccalaureate

Supports recruitment, certification, allocation, and ongoing administration of IB Educators globally. Manages accurate records, responds to applicant and educator queries, supports event staffing, tracks data issues, provides recruitment information, and contributes to process improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations and IB policies.

Lead logistics and delivery of regional professional development events (face-to-face, virtual, blended). Manage budgeting, vendor contracts, venue and hotel procurement, on-site leadership, registration, exhibitor processes, event QA, reporting, and cross-functional CRM integrations. Mentor junior staff, support special projects, and travel up to 30%.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for digital assessment products; define and prioritise features, translate needs into requirements, collaborate with engineering and UX, use customer feedback and data to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
