Coordinates recognition services for universities and IB schools, including customer support, query resolution, data quality, reporting, communications, user-guide updates, and electronic transcript adoption. The role partners with IT and regional teams to improve university-facing systems, supports recognition statement projects, maintains stakeholder relationships, and manages special projects involving research, data analysis, reporting, proposals, and content development.

Manages a portfolio of schools and education systems, strengthening partnerships, supporting IB programme implementation, coordinating authorization and evaluation services, and driving retention and sustainable growth. Builds senior stakeholder relationships, resolves issues, identifies risks and opportunities, uses data to inform account planning, and shares localized insights with leadership. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, project planning, cross-cultural collaboration, and education-sector experience.

Manages the General Ledger team and leads monthly and year-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, technical accounting, audits, financial controls, and process improvements across multiple entities. The role also oversees accounting staff, coordinates with auditors and stakeholders, ensures IFRS compliance, identifies control weaknesses, and supports automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
