Manages the learning management system, training calendar, documentation, accreditation checklists, participation reporting, and program evaluations. Collaborates with departments and subject matter experts to identify training needs and improve materials. Provides mentoring and serves as a liaison between staff and the organization. Requires travel to sites and direct care or staff supervision experience.

Manages treasury, banking, cash flow forecasting, revenue accounting, reconciliations, deferred revenue, block purchase funding, journal entries, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and process improvements. Monitors cash activity, processes payment files, resolves discrepancies, maintains financial documentation, and supports compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
