Handles cash transactions, provides customer service, calculates daily store transactions, and supports sales responsibilities. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, cash-handling experience, basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills, problem-solving ability, independent work, and schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, partnering with leadership to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, headhunt passive candidates, manage requisitions in Greenhouse, analyze recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, recruiting compliance knowledge, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and experience hiring inside and outside sales professionals in high-volume environments.

Manage relationships with money-transfer agents, support transactions, negotiate FX rates, commissions, and fees, analyze competitor pricing, resolve customer issues, and increase transaction volume and revenue. The role partners with field and internal sales teams, requires outbound sales experience, strong mathematical reasoning, Excel proficiency, and bilingual English-Spanish communication. Evening and weekend availability is required.
