Supports client relations, product specialists, and marketers across fundraising and strategic growth initiatives. Prepares fund presentations, PPMs, RFPs, DDQs, and other compliant marketing materials; analyzes fund and market statistics; monitors investor pipelines; produces traction reports; and improves team processes, automation, and data quality. The role requires strong financial-market knowledge, communication, analytical, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Supports private equity secondary investments across the full deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, opportunity screening, valuation, deal structuring, execution, portfolio monitoring, investment committee materials, market research, and strategy analysis. The role requires strong corporate finance and accounting knowledge, analytical ability, communication skills, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a fast-paced global team.

Owns financial control and investment accounting for balance sheet investment portfolios, including transaction recording, reconciliations, valuations, reporting, audit support and financial statement disclosures. The role also supports valuation governance, risk escalation, dashboard development, data quality, automation and finance transformation. It involves partnering with Group Finance, Fund Operations, auditors and other stakeholders across London and Pune while improving governance, controls and reporting processes.
