Teams at Intermedia Cloud Communications

Own partner enablement programs from onboarding through ongoing development. Build training plans, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, create learning content, coordinate logistics, analyze performance and learner feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering. The role supports partner activation, seller readiness, product proficiency, and continuous improvement while managing multiple projects and traveling approximately 50%.

Serves as the technical lead and architect for DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, deployments, and reliability. Owns Terraform and Ansible strategies, Windows high-availability clustering, Linux automation, CI/CD and release engineering, observability, production incident response, and capacity planning. Leads cross-team initiatives, establishes engineering standards, mentors engineers, and maintains architecture documentation and platform roadmaps.

Design trusted AI-powered experiences across Intermedia products, including copilots, conversational interfaces, recommendations, automation, and agentic workflows. Lead research, UX strategy, interaction design, prototyping, testing, launch, and optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Research, Security, Privacy, and Legal teams; evolve design-system patterns; promote transparency, user control, accessibility, and responsible AI; and mentor designers.
