Support incident management and observability to improve service reliability. Coordinate incident response, administer BigPanda and observability tools, analyze alerts and KPIs, develop runbooks, mentor associates, and collaborate with Engineering and Infrastructure to reduce recurring issues.

Assess, prioritize, and drive remediation of vulnerabilities across infrastructure, cloud, OS, applications, and external services. Manage scanning operations, monitor threat intelligence, coordinate remediation with engineering teams, track SLAs, maintain vulnerability platform and documentation, and support incident response, audits, and compliance.

Support and automate application and data infrastructure: deploy and maintain Kubernetes containerized applications, build automation pipelines, manage Linux servers, assist with data pipelines/ETL, troubleshoot deployments and third-party services, and document operational best practices while collaborating with developers and data engineers.
