Design and deliver workshops and training on Microsoft 365 Copilot; lead change management and user adoption initiatives; assess information management and storage; recommend and implement M365 solutions; create documentation, training materials, and change management plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client engagements.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CTO: manage complex calendars, plan domestic and international travel, coordinate meetings and events, track action items, manage vendor relationships, support cross-functional initiatives, and lead special projects while maintaining confidentiality and operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead client discovery and design scalable Lakehouse/warehouse analytics platforms on Azure and Microsoft Fabric. Implement ingestion, transformation, orchestration (SQL, Spark, KQL), build analytics-ready models, enable compute engines, design AI-enabled agentic solutions, enforce governance/security, establish monitoring/runbooks, and produce consulting deliverables and enablement for handoff.
