Manages post-sale client relationships for outsourced IT services, supporting onboarding, renewals, retention, QBRs, roadmap reviews, issue escalation, contract negotiations, and technology advisory services. The role acts as the primary client advocate, monitors billing and user counts, identifies service opportunities, and coordinates internal teams to improve satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term contract stability.

Coordinates IT hardware logistics, including device provisioning, inventory and asset tracking, shipping and receiving, procurement, device retrieval, workstation assessment, and lifecycle disposition. Maintains audit-ready records, manages vendor and carrier relationships, supports end users, handles domestic and international shipments, and improves warehouse and fulfillment workflows. The role also manages ticket queues, monitors stock levels, analyzes asset utilization, and ensures chain-of-custody, compliance, and service-level objectives.
