Manage project and company accounts across India, the UK, multiple currencies, and international operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, project profitability, statutory compliance, GST and TDS reporting, monthly management accounts, dashboards, and auditor liaison. The role also involves using Xero, Zoho, Excel, AI tools, and automation to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Manage end-to-end procurement for luxury interiors projects, sourcing hard and soft materials from Indian and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, lead times, and terms; manage purchase orders, shipping, customs, storage, delivery, and installation. Track budgets and schedules, coordinate samples and approvals, inspect supplier quality, and collaborate with designers, quantity surveyors, and site teams. Build long-term supplier relationships while improving procurement processes through software and AI tools.
