Serve as primary liaison between customers, installers, and internal teams to coordinate installation schedules, dispatch work orders, resolve issues, confirm completion, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain documentation, communicate proactively with customers and service providers, support production team goals, and help drive installer engagement and timely payments.

Provide financial reporting, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational insights for a business unit. Monitor variances, ensure accounting and payroll compliance, manage AP/AR, prepare investor materials, and collaborate with leaders to drive profitability and resource optimization.

Sell and grow revenue within the single-family builder market by prospecting, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, client satisfaction, and achievement of sales targets.
