Develops and expands relationships with single-family builders to achieve sales, revenue, gross margin, and profitability goals. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory development, pipeline management in Salesforce, account planning, client negotiations, pricing, QBRs, forecasting, and customer retention. The role collaborates with design, operations, logistics, and production teams to support order fulfillment and digital tool adoption. It also maintains account documentation, supports collections, monitors market trends, and represents the company at industry events and trade shows.

Processes accurate, timely invoices according to contracts and billing schedules; validates billing data, resolves discrepancies, responds to billing inquiries, maintains billing records, and prepares reports and KPIs. The role supports payment collection, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with internal teams.

Owns business analysis and product requirements for Sales and Operations applications across SAP, Salesforce, and internal platforms. Translates stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and prioritized backlogs; supports Agile delivery, UAT, integrations, modernization, and roadmap planning. Leads product ownership for HDS, Auros, and Visualizer, supports SAP ecosystem application modernization, and co-leads the Front-End Applications Steering Committee with senior leadership.
