Manages and grows an account portfolio across builders, design studios, and national accounts. Responsibilities include business development, prospecting, bids, pricing, profitability, contract execution, customer relationships, pipeline forecasting, and coordination from order entry through installation. The role also supports issue resolution, collections, product expansion, and cross-functional collaboration with design, processing, and production teams.

Processes and verifies customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate quantities, documentation, and material availability. Coordinates with Sales, Purchasing, Production, Design, Warehouse, and Branch Management to resolve discrepancies and support timely fulfillment. Maintains electronic order records, prepares work orders and deficiency reports, reviews material measurements, and supports standard operating procedures. The role requires strong organization, communication, accuracy, intermediate math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and order processing systems.

Coordinates projects from measurement through payment, including quoting, scheduling, purchase orders, documentation, contractor dispatch, customer communication, issue resolution, progress tracking, and payment processing. Maintains accurate information in Excel and Smartsheet while supporting operations, sales follow-up, customer satisfaction, vendor relationships, and process improvement.
