Lead and set the technical direction for Intergrid's Autopilot, build and grow the engineering team, drive execution around architecture, CI/CD, testing, observability and incident response, embed AI into product and engineering practices, own the engineering roadmap, and act as the key technical interface with leadership.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering, commercial, and operations; build sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, interview kits, scorecards, and hiring metrics; deliver excellent candidate experience; grow employer brand in Europe; and support broader people and office operations within a small People team.

Own full-cycle B2B sales in Denmark: generate outbound pipeline, run discovery and site visits, build business cases, negotiate with multiple stakeholders, close contracts, manage territory, and feed customer insights into product and commercial playbooks.
