Manage and develop teams, lead change initiatives, align resources with sales, and meet performance metrics for order entry, accuracy, and responsiveness.

Drive specification and sales of nora by Interface rubber flooring and Interface product portfolio within assigned territory. Build relationships with architects, designers, end users and dealers, identify project opportunities, collaborate with sales team and support resources, manage forecasts/expenses, and use Salesforce to grow year-over-year sales across healthcare, education, and industry segments.
