Oversee payroll systems, tax reporting, GL interfaces, SOX compliance, audits, year-end tax forms, vendor relationships (ADP and global partners), process improvements, and coordination with HR, IS, and accounting.

Support worldwide patent portfolio operations, including invention disclosures, prosecution counsel workflows, portfolio reviews, vendor coordination, IP management system data, patent portfolio transactions, invoice approvals, Legal Tracker administration, and departmental projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on patent policies and procedures while maintaining deadlines and operational efficiency.
