Leads hands-on development of scalable back-end and front-end systems for Fin’s AI customer support platform. Contributes to architecture, prototyping, design, implementation, reliability, and continuous deployment. Partners with product managers, designers, researchers, and analysts; mentors engineers; supports hiring and career development; and helps establish technical strategy and engineering standards.

Drive new business growth by selling Fin’s AI customer service agents to small businesses. Manage the full consultative sales cycle from prospecting through closing complex six-figure deals, exceed quota, conduct outbound prospecting, plan territories, forecast performance, and collaborate with sales, solutions, product, marketing, and R&D teams. Serve as a customer advocate while evangelizing AI transformation and applying sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

Own and grow a mid-market customer portfolio by driving retention, renewals, revenue expansion, upsell, and cross-sell. Engage executives to position AI-powered solutions, develop territory strategies, analyze performance metrics, and connect customer needs to product and go-to-market teams. The role also mentors peers and requires strong commercial judgment, SaaS sales experience, procurement expertise, and consistent quota overachievement.
