Lead inbound and outbound new-business efforts: qualify leads, own smaller pitches end-to-end, support larger cross-disciplinary proposals, write approaches and proposals, manage Salesforce pipeline, scope opportunities with delivery, run reporting and meetings, and build trusted relationships to close revenue-generating work.

Work on brand projects for global clients, learning design craft, identity systems, and emerging/AI tools. Collaborate with senior designers, apply Thinking & Making methods, contribute across touchpoints, take feedback, and deliver high-quality work on schedule while building cross-channel design skills.

The Senior Consultant, Strategy at Interbrand will build brand strategies, collaborate with teams, present to clients, and mentor junior team members to drive client growth and satisfaction.
