Lead strategic planning and program development to support employment initiatives for Service Members, Veterans, and families. Oversee outreach, data analysis, reporting, SharePoint integration, interagency coordination, events, and staff supervision to improve employment outcomes across the Indiana National Guard.

Manage Soldier medical and dental case management per AR 40-66 and HIPAA: maintain records, track referrals in MEDCHART, document contacts in eCase, coordinate with military/contracted clinicians, report medical readiness, support Medical Readiness Events, and educate Soldiers on readiness resources.
