The role requires strong communication, organization, client service, and digital project management skills.

Supports website content audits, content inventories, web writing and editing, content organization, SEO-informed recommendations, CMS workflow tracking, research, client presentations, and cross-functional digital projects. The intern collaborates with content strategists, UX and visual designers, developers, project managers, and clients while completing a guided content strategy assignment. The role provides mentorship and practical experience in website redesign, content planning, analytics, accessibility, search behavior, and digital production.
