Lead a benefits team to administer and improve employee benefits and retirement programs. Manage vendors, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, oversee 401(k) administration, coordinate enrollments and audits, support open enrollment and benefits systems, and produce reports and reconciliations to support operational decision-making.

Provide administrative support to project operations: request and track billable items, prepare weekly/monthly reports, assist scheduling for 24x7 shifts, reconcile company card expenses, use Salesforce for cases, respond to calls/emails, and support Regional/Project Managers on special projects and client deliverables.

Develops and delivers security training curricula, conducts classroom and practical exercises, ensures compliance with internal and external mandates, creates training materials, performs quality assurance inspections, and travels to provide on-site training and retraining for security personnel.
