Supervise and lead a team of patrol guards to maintain venue safety, manage crowd control, handle escalated guest issues using de-escalation, coordinate with law enforcement and public safety teams, ensure adequate staffing, and provide excellent guest service across varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervises daily security and fire protection operations across assigned sites. Ensures staffing, training, compliance, emergency response, incident reporting, vulnerability assessments, billing accuracy, and adherence to client procedures. Coordinates with clients, company leadership, emergency responders, and public safety agencies. Leads corrective actions, loss prevention initiatives, audits, operational improvements, and personnel onboarding while responding to security, fire, and medical emergencies.

Supervises site security operations and serves as the primary client contact for security issues. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, invoicing, attendance tracking, compliance, report auditing, hiring, training, investigations, equipment requests, post-order maintenance, and personnel administration. The role coordinates with supervisors and department heads, supports business reviews, manages documentation, and ensures operational and contractual requirements are met in a fast-paced corporate environment.
