Manage employment litigation, administrative claims, regulatory inquiries, investigations, wage disputes, and labor matters from inception through resolution. Develop litigation strategies, lead discovery and motion practice, handle depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation, negotiate settlements, advise business leaders on legal risk, coordinate outside counsel, monitor legal developments, and mentor junior legal staff.

Counsel will manage and support employment litigation, administrative claims, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and related disputes. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, handling discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement strategy, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also provides employment risk guidance, supports labor matters, monitors legal developments, and assists with contracts, compliance, and other legal projects.
