Security
Counsel will manage and support employment litigation, administrative claims, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and related disputes. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, handling discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement strategy, and coordination with outside counsel. The role also provides employment risk guidance, supports labor matters, monitors legal developments, and assists with contracts, compliance, and other legal projects.

The role also supports recruiting, training, payroll, contract documentation, mobilization, and operational readiness while traveling frequently among Los Angeles County client sites.
