Supports sales management through cost analysis, pricing recommendations, quotation preparation, online bids, pipeline tracking, sales reporting, and market opportunity identification. Maintains quotation and sample records, prepares sample kits, reviews competitive and industry trends, and coordinates with sales teams, customers, and internal departments. Provides timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle and supports new product launches and sales programs.

Administer and maintain Windows and Ubuntu server environments, Microsoft 365, identity synchronization, endpoint management, databases, networks, remote access, telephony, backups, storage, and surveillance systems. Develop web applications using PHP and MySQL or SQL Server. Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain hardware and firmware, configure switches and VLANs, support users, improve system availability and security, and evaluate cloud solutions. The role requires occasional travel of 10% or less per month.

Supports regulatory and compliance activities by maintaining records, coordinating audits and inspections, tracking deadlines and corrective actions, managing document control, compiling reports, coordinating training and meetings, and communicating with internal teams, customers, vendors, auditors, and regulatory contacts. The role also reviews documentation for accuracy, maintains compliance databases and files, handles confidential information, and supports process improvements and special regulatory projects.
