Teams at Intent Clinical

Develops new referral partnerships and manages existing accounts across wealth management, family offices, legal, employers, and clinical networks. Owns the consultative sales cycle from prospecting through partnership agreements and first referrals, while growing account relationships and service adoption. Maintains CRM records, forecasts pipeline activity, tracks referral and account metrics, and shares market intelligence. Represents the company at relevant industry events and provides concierge-level partner support.

Provides frontline IT helpdesk support and administers the organization’s CRM, EMR, Microsoft 365, cloud systems, endpoints, and SaaS platforms. Builds workflows, dashboards, automations, and self-service tools; manages onboarding and offboarding; supports security, privacy, and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, HITRUST, and HIPAA. The role also trains staff, coordinates vendors, evaluates emerging technologies, and helps maintain the technology roadmap and IT budget.
