Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle in El Salvador. Manage employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, investigations, documentation, benefits inquiries, HRIS records, payroll coordination, reporting, engagement, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance with Salvadoran labor laws.

Manages multidisciplinary projects from planning and design through testing and final delivery. Develops schedules, milestones, budgets, quality objectives, and risk mitigation plans while coordinating managers, employees, vendors, and project teams. Oversees multiple concurrent projects, ensures delivery timelines and budget adherence, protects confidential information, and supports data-driven decision-making aligned with organizational strategies.
