Own evaluation, MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, deployment automation, performance and cost optimization, and responsible data practices. Collaborate across technical and business teams while working with messy healthcare and insurance data.

Manage healthcare recovery matters involving attorneys, insurance representatives, and health plan clients. Review case, settlement, financial, and plan information; evaluate recovery potential; develop resolution strategies; negotiate lien and reimbursement matters within defined authority; and escalate legal issues to licensed attorneys. The role also requires managing a high-volume portfolio, maintaining responsiveness and settlement targets, and communicating professionally with stakeholders.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking. Partners with business leaders across operations, sales, marketing, and HR to support strategic decisions, pricing, investments, and capital planning. Develops executive and board reporting, identifies risks and opportunities, recommends process improvements, and provides actionable financial insights to leadership.
