Owns healthcare claims data intake, including X12 EDI parsing, partner onboarding, mapping, validation, and error handling. Designs governed claims, member, provider, and payment data models; builds Microsoft Fabric and Azure pipelines; tunes complex SQL; and establishes reconciliation, quality, lineage, security, and documentation standards. The role also applies AI tools to mapping, document extraction, and anomaly detection while protecting PHI and setting data engineering standards.

Administer and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot user and infrastructure issues, manage patches, harden systems, monitor security alerts, and support vulnerability remediation. Assist with ISO 27001 compliance, audits, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding. Serve as an escalation point and technical mentor for junior staff while recommending improvements to IT reliability, security, and operational readiness.

Build and deploy production AI and machine learning solutions using Python, foundation models, traditional ML, retrieval workflows, and synthetic data. Develop models for classification, entity resolution, ranking, prediction, and data enrichment. Own evaluation, MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, deployment automation, performance and cost optimization, and responsible data practices. Collaborate across technical and business teams while working with messy healthcare and insurance data.
