Design and release tooling CAD models and drawings for aerospace manufacturing. Manage tooling projects from concept through commissioning, including procurement, fabrication, inspection, installation, and testing. Perform mechanical analyses, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and repair support. Develop material-handling and packaging solutions while collaborating with manufacturing and integration teams to optimize safety, quality, cost, cycle time, reliability, and maintainability.

Design and develop digital and mixed-signal ASICs and FPGAs using HDL. Build verification methodologies, test benches, test plans, coverage models, and test harnesses. Perform timing, noise, physical design, and signoff analysis; troubleshoot implementation issues; and support lab integration. Collaborate with systems, firmware, architecture, and product engineering teams throughout the ASIC/FPGA lifecycle, while potentially mentoring junior engineers.

Executes indirect procurement sourcing, RFX/RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract approvals, and purchasing workflows. Manages requisitions, purchase orders, supplier confirmations, quotations, bids, awards, vendor performance, and procurement compliance within a Procure-to-Pay system. Supports business users through training and troubleshooting, partners with legal on contracts, and contributes to sourcing and vendor-program projects in complex enterprise environments.
