Performs hands-on software and system testing across Agile development and formal medical-device verification and validation activities. Executes functional, integration, regression, exploratory, usability, performance, and reliability tests; documents and tracks defects; maintains test plans, protocols, reports, and traceability records. Collaborates with software, hardware, systems, and product teams on requirements, risk analysis, design reviews, troubleshooting, and release support while ensuring compliance with medical-device regulations and quality-system procedures.

Designs and develops software and hardware medical-device systems, including requirements, specifications, risk management, verification, validation, and technical documentation. Leads system design reviews, maintains traceability and Design History Files, supports quality and regulatory compliance, and collaborates across engineering, clinical, quality, and business teams. Depending on the role, work includes commercial product improvements or prototyping advanced technologies such as computer vision, machine learning, medical imaging, and 3D registration.

Lead Canadian sales growth for a medtech company by driving revenue, managing full sales cycles, recruiting and coaching a national sales team, building relationships with surgeons, hospitals and government, providing surgical case coverage and training, and supporting product implementation and customer success.

Manage and grow accounts within Connecticut and Western Massachusetts by building surgeon and OR staff relationships, delivering training and clinical support, driving new business and distributor alignment, managing inventory/logistics, reporting pipeline in CRM, and providing customer feedback for product improvements to increase adoption of surgical navigation technology.
