Support production and capacity planning, inventory control, KPI reporting, and on-time shipment planning. Maintain dashboards, saved searches, and daily operational snapshots. Lead cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, and use ERP and Excel-based analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational decisions.

Design, develop, prototype, test, and support mechanical/electromechanical water heater and boiler systems. Create 3D CAD models and GD&T drawings in PTC Creo, develop manufacturing documentation (BOMs, assembly drawings, routers), troubleshoot system issues, liaise with suppliers, and implement manufacturing processes. Hands-on prototyping and knowledge of heat exchangers, thermal transfer, sheet metal, castings, O-rings, piping, and machining required.

Provide system-level technical support for Intellihot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems; troubleshoot products via phone/email for customers and dealers; escalate cases, recommend product and documentation improvements, assist with sizing/applications, participate in training and after-hours on-call rotation.
