Teams at Intellihot

Lead mechanical/electromechanical design for tankless water heaters and boilers: create 3D CAD models and GD&T drawings in PTC Creo, develop/modify heat exchangers, build and test prototypes, root-cause system failures, define component requirements, work with suppliers, and implement manufacturing processes (BOMs, assembly drawings, QC).

Provide system-level technical support for Intellihot products to customers and dealers via phone/email, troubleshoot connected mechanical/electrical/plumbing/control issues, escalate and recommend product improvements, assist with sizing/applications, update technical documentation, and participate in after-hours call rotation and periodic training.

Support production and capacity planning, inventory tracking, KPI reporting, and S&OP processes. Maintain dashboards, saved searches, daily snapshots, and lead cycle counts to drive data-driven operational improvements.
