Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, prioritize backlog, run Scrum ceremonies, conduct UAT, analyze digital performance, and support product delivery for a business-critical mobile app.

Design user-centered web and mobile interfaces from concept to handoff. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Maintain Figma design systems and component libraries, prepare organized handoffs, support developers, run basic usability reviews, present and iterate on designs, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to meet project deadlines.

Develop and deploy AI features for a SaaS product, architect scalable backends, optimize vector databases, and manage Azure AI infrastructure.
