Design, develop, test, maintain, and support Canton-based applications and Daml smart contracts. Translate client requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot production issues, document software throughout the lifecycle, mentor team members, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires hands-on Daml experience, knowledge of Canton networks and distributed ledger technology, software engineering experience with Scala or Haskell, database and API proficiency, PKI and messaging familiarity, and REST/gRPC integration experience.

Lead business analysis for digital and traditional asset platforms, including requirements discovery, impact analysis, process modeling, data flows, API integrations, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, MVP definition, UAT, functional testing, release readiness, and production validation. The role requires strong expertise in capital markets, crypto custody, wallets, trading platforms, blockchain, tokenization, compliance, and institutional digital asset ecosystems.

Lead engineering excellence for Digital Assets and AI initiatives, ensuring architectural consistency, risk management, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
