Provide strategic legal counsel for healthcare technology deals: draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription, vendor, data processing, BAAs, NDAs and related agreements; advise on privacy (including HIPAA) and information security considerations; standardize contract terms and playbooks; escalate and resolve complex deal issues; and collaborate cross-functionally to close transactions.

Provide strategic legal advice and lead negotiation of complex technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor agreements, BAAs, DPAs). Drive standardization of commercial terms, support procurement, advise on privacy/HIPAA and security issues, escalate complex deal issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to close deals while protecting business interests.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems (RIS, PACS, VNA, InteleOrchestrator). Maintain interoperability (DICOM, HL7), optimize system performance, support disaster recovery, document resolutions, and collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to minimize service impact on patient care.
