Coordinates parcel sorting and warehouse operations, including unloading trailers, verifying manifests, scanning and processing packages, managing returns, supporting shipping and dispatch, conducting van audits, preparing reports, handling customer inquiries and pickups, maintaining records, training employees, and following health and safety procedures.

Leads the technology vertical by defining software development strategy, managing engineering and product teams, overseeing project delivery, optimizing agile processes, and ensuring technology governance. The role partners with stakeholders and SRE teams, manages budgets and resource planning, tracks KPIs and development effort, supports recruitment, and makes decisions on architecture, technology stacks, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Serves as a senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance expert, conducting complex risk analyses, leading cross-functional initiatives, improving GRC processes and maturity, supporting audits and assurance activities, advising stakeholders, developing monitoring indicators, and coaching less experienced advisors. The role requires collaboration across business, technology, and cybersecurity teams in complex technology environments.
