Supervise warehouse and last-mile logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, dispatch, inventory, package sorting, driver check-in, route planning, and vehicle safety. Maintain compliance, conduct audits, complete operational reports, monitor productivity, train and coach staff, address delivery issues, and support customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shift-based warehouse environment.

Analyze operational performance, identify efficiency gaps, and recommend data-driven process improvements. Create reports and presentations, monitor KPIs, support change management and peak-season Command Center activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
