Coordinate warehouse and last-mile logistics operations by unloading and verifying freight, scanning and sorting packages, processing returns, supporting shipping and dispatch, conducting van audits, assisting customers, resolving delivery issues, maintaining records, preparing reports, and training new employees. The role also requires accurate documentation, data entry, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with operations teams.

Leads warehouse sorting and package-handling teams while enforcing health and safety standards. Oversees unloading, loading, scanning, sorting, returns, workforce assignments, and warehouse organization. Trains and mentors associates, verifies freight against manifests, manages dock documentation and driver credentials, responds to operational issues, and escalates special cases to supervisors.

Coordinates last-mile logistics and warehouse operations, including unloading, scanning, sorting, shipping, receiving, inventory management, returns, customer pickups, documentation, and data entry. Maintains warehouse systems, prepares reports, reviews Power BI reports, assigns and monitors work, resolves delivery issues, supports customers, trains new employees, and ensures quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
