The Operations Supervisor oversees safety, logistics, and team leadership in a warehouse environment, ensuring compliance, managing inventory, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Perform hands-on warehouse operations including unloading trailers, scanning, sorting, shipping/receiving, inventory management, returns processing, label printing, data entry, customer service, and supporting operational systems and safety protocols. Train new staff, prepare reports, escalate issues, and collaborate with operations to maintain efficiency and quality.

As a Lead Hand at Intelcom, you ensure health and safety compliance, motivate and mentor team members, manage operations and workflow, assist in shipping and receiving, and maintain warehouse organization.
