Direct and monitor van movement inside and outside the warehouse, enforce traffic and safety protocols, assist with driver check-in/out, verify documentation, support van audits and parcel locating, unload trailers, conduct safety audits and housekeeping, report hazards and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain efficient, safe operations.

Supervise day-to-day sort operations in a fast-paced warehouse: ensure safety and compliance, manage sorting, scanning, inbound/outbound freight, loading/unloading, inventory, and quality control. Lead, train, schedule and evaluate package handlers; perform data entry, reporting, and coordination with carriers and optimization teams. Maintain warehouse organization and support emergency response.
