Develop and optimize RTL designs for System-on-Chip projects, integrate IP blocks and subsystems, and ensure power, performance, timing, security, and functionality requirements are met. The role includes architecture and microarchitecture participation, logic quality checks, verification-plan reviews, RTL debugging, IP validation, and quality-assurance compliance. Candidates need 3+ years of VLSI logic design or verification experience, Python programming, EDA tool proficiency, and Unix/Linux and Windows experience.

Develops advanced semiconductor wet etch and cleaning processes for next-generation transistor and interconnect technologies. Responsibilities include designing experiments, optimizing chemical formulations, co-developing wet-processing hardware, applying CFD and data science, generating intellectual property, and scaling laboratory processes to 300mm high-volume manufacturing. The role requires doctoral-level expertise in chemical, materials, electrochemical, or related engineering disciplines and hands-on experimental research experience.
