Designs, builds, maintains, and troubleshoots SQL queries and data extracts for financial and operational reporting. Transforms source data into reliable datasets, automates recurring processes, validates and reconciles data, identifies quality issues, and supports integrations between systems and analytics platforms. The role also documents data flows and technical processes while supporting federal law enforcement clients.

Serves as the functional and technical bridge between business operations and supporting systems. Analyzes CMM configuration, gathers requirements, develops use cases, supports change requests, assesses process impacts, and recommends system changes. Coordinates releases with technical teams, supports functional testing and user acceptance testing, and assists with implementation and transition to successor systems. The role requires strong business process, requirements, configuration, change management, and communication skills, with federal financial systems experience preferred.

Manage QA validation, functional and regression testing, configuration management, and software release activities. Develop test plans, document results, track defects in JIRA, validate corrections, and recommend mitigation actions. Maintain configuration and change records while supporting planned and emergency releases, upgrades, patching, and security remediation. Coordinate with business analysts, technical teams, and federal IT stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–7+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and local availability in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
