Operate and maintain SOC systems: build and monitor infrastructure, perform proactive and reactive maintenance, implement configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, document system activity, and collaborate with teams to improve processes and detection capabilities.

Serve as primary liaison for a portfolio of MDR and other clients, translate technical security findings into business-relevant insight, compile and present monthly reports, coordinate incident response and cross-functional communications, facilitate service reviews, track and close technical/service tasks, and occasionally attend on-site meetings to build stakeholder relationships.

The Senior Cyber Incident Response Analyst handles incident response activities, incident management, malware analysis, and security tool evaluation to support clients effectively.
