Completes structured training in sales, logistics operations, and customer service before building and managing a personal book of business. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, securing accounts, negotiating rates, coordinating loads and carriers, dispatching, reviewing invoices, following up on receivables, maintaining documentation, and strengthening customer relationships. The role also supports new trainees through call shadowing and best-practice demonstrations.

Provides daily logistics account support through appointment scheduling, shipment pickup and delivery coordination, load building, customer and carrier communication, data entry, phone and email management, appointment revisions, and billing assistance. The role requires strong organization, customer service, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Handles customer setup, credit increase requests, credit analysis, invoicing support, payment monitoring, and past-due account follow-up. The role supports sales and broker requests, identifies high-risk customers, escalates issues, maintains accurate records in transportation management software, and helps improve department processes. It requires customer service, data entry, multitasking, professionalism, and attention to detail. Commercial credit, lending, debt collection, and transportation industry experience are preferred.
