Provide in-house litigation and employment law support, manage outside counsel, handle discovery and depositions, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on compliance and corporate governance, support executive-level strategic projects, and train law clerks to expand the Legal Department's capabilities.

Support Strategic Services hazmat & liquid bulk freight operations: quoting, routing, shipment setup, tracking, carrier coordination, customer support, and process adherence while partnering with Strategic Sales Managers.

Participate in structured training to learn sales, operations, and customer service processes. Prospect and secure new accounts, manage bookings and carrier setup, perform dispatch and invoicing tasks, maintain paperwork, and build customer relationships to generate repeat business while preparing to advance to a higher-level logistics account role.
