Provide first-level engineering support for network and infrastructure: monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless, support Azure and AWS networking, administer Microsoft 365/AD/Entra ID/Intune, manage switches/routers/firewalls (Cisco Meraki), handle endpoint management, incident resolution, security controls, and participate in infrastructure projects and audits.

Build scalable, performant, component-based user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript. Optimize frontend performance, ensure accessibility and unit test coverage, collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and use Git/GitHub and CI/CD to ship reliable enterprise application features.

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in agile practices, manage backlog and sprint planning, and run time-critical internal projects using waterfall when needed. Track KPIs and delivery metrics, maintain project documentation, coordinate stakeholders, identify risks/blockers, and drive predictable execution across engineering and cross-functional teams.
