Lead product management for MDM and Net Revenue data products in Life Sciences: own roadmap, backlog, requirements, sprint execution, release planning, stakeholder alignment, data integration, MDM mastering, QA/UAT, and documentation to support chargebacks, government pricing, contracts, claims, and analytics.

Build, support, and optimize data pipelines to ingest source data into Reltio and extract mastered data to downstream platforms (Snowflake). Configure Reltio entities, match/merge, survivorship, relationships, and tenant promotion. Implement ingestion patterns (batch/API), reconciliation checks, profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering, MDM, QA, and business teams and produce documentation and runbooks for production support.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise life sciences customers using IntegriChain's SaaS platform. Lead issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, data analysis, process improvement, reporting delivery, and cross-functional coordination. Mentor junior team members, drive customer adoption, and develop action plans to mitigate churn while ensuring SLA adherence.
