Provide in-person supervisory nursing services for home-care clients: perform mandatory face-to-face nursing assessments, monthly supervisory visits, evaluate and train caregivers, review treatment plans and documentation, report client status to supervisors and physicians, and support orientation and annual evaluations of staff.
