Preferred qualifications include radar signal processing, anechoic chamber operations, beamforming networks, RF test and evaluation, Keysight ADS, and MATLAB.

Designs, implements, analyzes, and tests FPGA-based digital systems for electronic warfare applications. Develops HDL and FPGA block designs, integrates processor and converter IP cores, creates simulation testbenches, validates FPGA or ASIC designs, and documents technical findings.
