Drive employee relations, investigations, policy and compliance, manager coaching, process improvements, and scalable HR infrastructure to support growth while serving as a trusted business partner to leaders and executive leadership.

Lead daily operations and performance of a senior living community, overseeing departmental leaders, staffing, budgeting, compliance, occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and partner relationships. Drive financial results, regulatory compliance, team development, and community reputation while partnering with regional and corporate leadership.

Manage community business office operations including resident billing and collections, payroll administration, accounts payable, employee records, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintain accurate census and financial documentation, support recruiting/onboarding, assist with front office coverage and resident-facing inquiries, and partner with corporate accounting to ensure compliant, timely financial processes that support resident satisfaction and community operations.
