Partner with the Director of HR to lead day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state multifamily and senior living portfolio. Drive employee relations, investigations, policy and compliance, manager coaching, process improvements, and scalable HR infrastructure to support growth while serving as a trusted business partner to leaders and executive leadership.

Paid, approximately 12-month leadership program preparing experienced professionals for senior living executive leadership. Participants rotate through community operations, finance, sales, human resources, compliance, resident services, and performance management while supporting an Executive Director and assuming increasing responsibility. Graduates may be considered for Executive Director, Business Office Manager, or other community leadership roles.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for corporate, construction, community, management, and leadership roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, posting and updating jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interview processes, extending offers, maintaining ATS records, reporting recruitment status, supporting employer branding, attending job fairs, and improving recruiting processes through metrics and feedback.
