Administers project setup, scheduling, budgets, invoicing, change orders, lien documentation, subcontractor purchase orders, payment communications, and portal submissions. Maintains project software queues and customer accounts while preparing reports for project managers. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, customer service, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software.

Designs engineering drawings for fire protection, security, access control, intrusion, CCTV, and related systems using AutoCAD and Revit. Reviews proposals for technical accuracy, supports sales, technicians, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction, and ensures project quality, standardization, and timely delivery. Maintains technical certifications and product knowledge while resolving installation and permitting questions. The role is primarily office-based with occasional jobsite travel for walkthroughs.

Field sales role to develop new business and manage major accounts: demonstrate products, prepare quotes, coordinate technical services, resolve warranty/customer issues, maintain CRM and sales reports, support billing/collections, and travel to customer sites.
