Conduct open-source intelligence research to produce comprehensive profiles on global business leaders and high-net-worth individuals, including career history, net-worth estimates, risk factors, associates, and due diligence reports.

Provide Afrikaans-language customer support across phone, email, chat, and social media. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, log interactions in the CRM, follow up for satisfaction, collaborate with internal teams, and suggest process improvements to maintain quality service.
