Provides financial and technical consulting for a DoD program and financial management system. Responsibilities include structuring financial data, reconciling information across systems, reviewing forecasts and accounting data, advising on government finance, and supporting a government financial office. The role also provides customer training and requires on-site support, DoD financial or acquisition experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and eligibility for classified information access.

Leads software deployments, implementations, customer training, technical documentation, help desk support, and product utilization analysis for PMRT software in government environments. Develops training plans and online help content, assists users by phone and email, documents software issues, coordinates with development teams on outages and anomalies, and ensures support materials remain aligned with product releases. The role requires strong communication, analytical, writing, customer support, and DoD financial or program management experience.
