Senior consultant to research, draft, and submit high-quality Third Party Monitoring (TPM) proposals, RFIs, and deliverables for humanitarian assistance contracts. Collaborate with proposal and pricing teams, ensure technical soundness and compliance with BHA/IBTCI guidelines, participate in recruitment as needed, and support occasional meetings.

Provide administrative and office management support for PM/SA including travel arrangements, timekeeping (Web Tatel), records management, onboarding, facilities coordination, equipment and IT requests, meeting setup, and special projects.
