Build and maintain Integrate's internal 'intelligence OS' by creating agent-driven tools, automations, and conventions. Organize repos/docs for AI agents, build internal chatbots, CLIs and small web apps, automate PR review and CI pipelines, evaluate and govern AI tooling and on-prem agent infrastructure, audit teams to remove friction, and occasionally contribute to the core application codebase.

As a QA Engineer, you'll execute manual tests, document results, and identify issues while collaborating with teams to enhance QA practices and contribute to automation development.

The Director of Customer Success will establish and scale the customer success function, ensuring effective onboarding, engagement, and support in complex environments, particularly for government clients.
