Own commercial development for the Protein Engineering platform: prospect and close biotech/pharma/IP accounts, serve as technical SME in pre/post-sale discussions, manage customer projects end-to-end, QC and co-deliver final data reports, maintain Salesforce CRM and forecasting, and represent the company at conferences and webinars.

The Quality Assurance Associate will maintain the QMS, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, lead audits, track QMS metrics, and support training and vendor qualifications.
