Leads botanical and wetland ecology projects involving rare plant surveys, plant community mapping, wetland delineations, environmental impact analysis, restoration planning, mitigation monitoring, and regulatory permitting. Prepares technical reports and agency permit packages, coordinates with clients and regulators, manages project budgets and schedules, and supervises junior staff. Work spans field studies, conservation planning, habitat restoration, renewable energy projects, and multidisciplinary environmental consulting.
