Lead site-level quality for medical device manufacturing: manage QMS compliance, drive continuous improvement and design-for-quality, lead quality team, support NPI/design transfer, resolve customer quality escalations, oversee CAPA/NC/ECN processes, and align quality with plant strategy and Integer Production System.

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts. Meet cycle time and yield targets, operate multiple machines, sharpen/change/preset tooling, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, deburr and finish parts, inspect dimensionally and visually to prints, follow QMS/FDA/safety procedures, complete documentation, and practice 5S.
