Provide financial leadership supporting monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. Develop complex financial models, drive cross-functional partnering, support operational and supply chain analysis, and enable strategic planning and cost savings initiatives. Prepare reports for senior leadership and assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts.

Lead and develop a team of quality professionals to ensure successful transfer of new medical devices to production and support design phases through launch. Oversee design assurance, risk management (ISO 14971), verification/validation, supplier/internal audits, CAPA and root cause analysis, review/approve ECRs and NCRs, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, 21CFR820, EU MDR).

The IT Operations Analyst supports IT financial operations including contract tracking, invoicing, spend management, budgeting, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing operational processes.
