Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for new product introduction and existing production improvements. Apply engineering methods, data analysis, root-cause investigation, failure analysis, process validation, and quality systems. Support continuous improvement, production line design, documentation, corrective actions, and manufacturing excellence initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams under experienced engineering guidance.

Supports account growth and technical sales by managing customer development programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, addressing customer inquiries, supporting proposals, overseeing quality agreements, and communicating project milestones. Serves as a technical expert in customer discussions, identifies opportunities across company capabilities, supports marketing and sales initiatives, attends industry events, and helps resolve contract, forecast, demand, and quality issues. Requires frequent collaboration with customers, engineering, project management, quality, sales, and marketing teams.

Partners with site leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational change, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, HRIS administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Maintains employee data in Workday and other HR systems, supports payroll and benefits processes, analyzes talent metrics, advises managers on policies and labor laws, and may manage one to two direct reports.
